Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes. These can apply to one product tier or to all tiers. If you have a valid code, you can enter it at checkout and the discount will be applied instantly. All discounts will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

 

Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident purchasing Local Password Vault. If you experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

– Refunds invalidate license keys. If you request a refund, the keys issued to you will no longer work.
– Once a refund is processed, you will need to purchase a new license if you wish to continue using the product.

 

Delivery Policy
Delivery is instant and automated. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your download link and license keys.

– If your email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
– If it still hasn’t arrived, contact support and we will resend it.
– If your download link expires, we will send you a new one along with fresh license keys.

 

Customer Data Transparency
At checkout, we collect only your name and email address. This is used solely to:
– Send your license keys and download link.
– Identify your purchase if you ever need support.

We do not store vault data, passwords, or personal files—ever.
